The VISIA® Skin Analysis System effectively provides a detailed skin health assessment during consultations, setting clear expectations for treatment. VISIA® serves as an excellent diagnostic tool for multiple skin conditions, allowing professionals to identify the proper treatment plan and document progress over time.
The state-of-the-art imaging technology captures spots, wrinkles, texture, pores, sun damage, redness, and porphyrins. While some skin imperfections are visible to the naked eye, others are more difficult to distinguish. The VISIA® Loupe Tool targets selected areas and offers zoomed-in views that clients are able to see during consultations.
The VISIA® Skin Analysis System utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) and simulation technology to present a wide array of unique features, including advanced aging simulation, skin type classification, and eyelash analysis. The AI wrinkle algorithm improves fine line and wrinkle detection. Meanwhile, the latest software creates injectable simulations that allow clients to catch a glimpse of potential treatment results.

VISIA® produces surface and subsurface skin images by employing IntelliFlash®, cross-polarized, and UV lighting. As a result, professionals are able to conduct an accurate skin assessment. In addition, Canfield’s updated RBX® technology offers improved melanin and vascular lesion visualization for all skin types and ethnicities.

During this 30 minute appointment, clients sit on a chair while the device rotates smoothly around them to capture left, right, and frontal facial views. We ask clients to remove all makeup before the session to ensure accurate results. VISIA® was designed with client comfort and safety in mind, making the imaging process simple. Gridlines assist clients with positioning and photo repeatability to ensure they are achieving the desired outcomes.
